Go and see the wonder of consumer product reviews done with VIDEO.  These guys have done several smart things.  First, they have created a structure and approval process.  If you don’t follow instructions, your video is not accepted.  This is perfect for nudgy clients who are uncomfortable with consumer generated anything.  Next, they transcribe all the reviews and host them along side the video. Perfect for search and very useful for research. Themes are much easier to see in text.  Finally, this is done within a pretty nifty content management system.
